touhou Platform Privacy Notice
This page describes what we collect when you use touhou and how we keep that data protected. We gather information necessary to operate our sportsbook, live-casino, and slot-gaming platform—your email, identity documents (for Know Your Customer verification), payment details, and betting activity. We do not sell your personal data to marketers. We share information only with payment processors, anti-fraud services, and where required by law.
Our privacy practices reflect Indonesian data-protection norms and the legal requirements of the jurisdictions where we operate. We store your data on servers that may be located outside Indonesia; we encrypt sensitive information in transit and at rest; and we provide you with access, correction, and deletion rights. This notice explains our commitments in plain language, not legalese.
Services are available only where local law permits. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited.
What Data We Collect and How We Use It
Account Information We Require
When you register on touhou, we collect your email address, chosen password, and full name. Email is essential for account recovery and communication; password is hashed and never stored in plain text. We also collect phone number—optional but recommended for account security and two-factor authentication. None of this information is shared with third parties without your consent, except where law requires it.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Documents
To comply with anti-money-laundering regulations and verify your age, we request a government-issued identity document—KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or driver's license. We also collect your date of birth and residential address. We photograph or scan these documents; the images are encrypted and stored on secure servers. We do not retain the physical documents. Our staff access these scans only during account verification or if fraud is suspected. After verification completes, these documents remain archived but are not used for marketing or third-party purposes.
Payment and Transaction Data
We record every deposit and withdrawal. For QRIS, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank virtual account transfers, we log the payment method, amount, timestamp, and transaction ID. We do not store your full bank account number or e-wallet credentials; payment processors handle that securely. We retain transaction records for accounting, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance. You can view your complete transaction history anytime in your touhou account.
We also log your betting activity—which games you play, how much you wager, results, and your balance. This data helps us analyze platform usage, detect fraudulent patterns, and improve game performance. We do not use individual betting data for marketing; we aggregate statistics across all players to understand trends.
Your data on touhou is encrypted in transit and at rest
We use industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption for all data moving between your device and our servers. Sensitive fields (identity documents, payment details) are encrypted before storage on disk.
Device and Usage Information
When you access touhou, we automatically log your IP address, device type (smartphone, tablet, desktop), browser type, and operating system. We also record session duration, pages visited, and buttons clicked. This data helps us diagnose technical issues, optimize page load times, and detect suspicious activity (e.g., multiple rapid login attempts from different countries). We do not use this data to build marketing profiles; it is purely operational.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies to maintain your login session and remember your language preference. These are "essential" cookies—without them, you cannot use touhou. We do not use advertising cookies or cookies that track you across other websites. You can view and delete cookies anytime in your browser settings; doing so will log you out of touhou.

Our Privacy Commitments and Your Rights
Third-Party Service Providers
We share your data only with service providers who help us operate touhou. Payment processors (e.g., the companies that route DANA, e-wallet, or bank transfers) receive your transaction information. Anti-fraud services receive your betting patterns and device fingerprints to detect money laundering or account takeover. Email service providers send you account notifications. Each processor is contractually bound to keep your data confidential and use it only for the purpose we specify.
We do not sell your personal data to marketing firms, data brokers, or advertisers. We do not trade your information. If you unsubscribe from email notifications, we stop sending promotional messages but continue sending critical alerts (e.g., login from unfamiliar location, withdrawal request confirmation).
Data Storage and International Transfer
Our servers are located in multiple regions, including outside Indonesia. Your data may be stored in data centers in Jakarta, Bandung, or other countries depending on backup and redundancy needs. All transfers between countries are encrypted. We comply with Indonesian data-protection principles and the laws of each jurisdiction where we operate. If you have concerns about international data transfer, contact our support team.
Your Rights on touhou
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. Log into your touhou account, navigate to Account Settings, and you can view or update your email, phone, and address. To request deletion of your entire account and associated data, contact our support team. We will delete your profile, transaction history, and identity documents within 30 days, except where law requires retention (e.g., anti-money-laundering rules may require we keep records for five years).
You also have the right to data portability—we can export your transaction history in CSV or PDF format for your records. If you believe your data has been misused, you may file a complaint with the appropriate regulatory authority in your jurisdiction.

We permanently destroy identity document images one year after account closure. Aggregated, anonymized data (e.g., "X players from Jakarta played Liga 1 markets in Idul Fitri") is retained indefinitely for statistical analysis.
Security Incidents and Notification
We maintain security practices to prevent unauthorized access, including intrusion detection, regular security audits, and employee training. If we discover a data breach—e.g., unauthorized access to email addresses or payment details—we will notify affected users within 24 hours via email and provide guidance on securing your account (e.g., changing password, enabling two-factor authentication). We will also report the incident to relevant authorities as required by law.
